Mealtimes at conferences are about more than just being fed. Glorieta has served as the site where many new friendships have been made over a meal, while other lifelong relationships were further strengthened.

Group Dining
The main dining room at Glorieta is located in the center of campus. Eight serving lines accommodate large groups quickly and efficiently, and seating accommodates well over 900 guests at one time. Five foot round tables as well as eight foot rectangular tables are utilized providing guests with a comfortable setting for fellowship and conversation.

Casual Dining
Hungry for a personal pan pizza, hot sandwich or bag of freshly popped popcorn? Glorieta's popular Chuckwagon grill offers your conferees a delightful location to relax between meetings and unwind. Wood planked walls, stone fireplace and old-fashioned diner seating create a charming atmosphere to this consistently favorite spot for guests.

Right next door to the Chuckwagon is the Holy Grounds Cafe, where gourmet coffees, fresh lattes and delicious ice cream is served.
